the apartment included a washing machine, very convenient. the kitchen came fully equipped with an oven and a coffee machine. balcony access significantly enhanced the apartment.
Soundproofing could be improved. I occasionally heard street noise.

The noise was an issue. I could hear the tram throughout the night. This persisted despite being on a high floor. The heat inside the apartment also proved problematic. It was uncomfortably warm even in cooler months. Opening the windows offered little relief from the noise. I found this lack of quiet disruptive. It affected my sleep quality.
